our approach
Over the past five years, we’ve learned plenty about what makes a good worker. A person who is self-responsible, kind and caring, and willing to be frank and genuine. Someone who demonstrates thoroughness, efficiency, effectiveness and economy in their work.
Through that time, we’ve been able to attract, recognise and retain people who’ve become part of our team. At Meliora we’re pretty close knit and communicative. We work as a team to achieve better outcomes for our participants. And we have care for each other. We’re always growing and as new clients come along, often looking for the perfect support worker for their personality and needs.
We’re still far from perfect. We make plenty of mistakes. Each one of us is a work in progress. But we are working on improving as we go, and building systems to ensure that what we learn, gets implemented in our whole team.
